鐵觀音具有獨特「夷味」，是台灣特色茶裡焙火最重、喉韻最強的一種茶，滋味醇厚，香氣馥郁持久。 茶湯呈現琥珀略紅，濃豔清澈，入口微苦後轉甘，讓人齒頰留香，多次沖泡依舊芬香甘醇有韻味。

品嚐：飽滿、平衡、略帶花香，餘韻甜美、持久，質地柔滑。通常帶有核果、焦糖或栗子的味道。

Deliver a full of flavor

This is a fantastic oolong. The bag was a well-sorted size of leaves containing very few stems and parts. It has a wonderful dark color and rich earthy aroma typical of Chinese teas. It brews a golden chocolate color at just over 3 minutes with a great flavor and subtle dank brassy notes similar to that of a Darjeeling. I'm very happy with the purchase and look forward to enjoying many cups.

Tea was more than boiling water. There were decisions to be made and a frame of mind to develop, no matter how imperceptible.
