Sho Aratani was born in 1988 and studied composition at the University of Tsukuba, later graduating in ceramics from the Tokyo National University of Fine Arts. He established his kiln in Kanazawa in 2017 and has been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions, including prestigious venues such as Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi and Kogei Art Fair Kanazawa.
