Took me a while to figure out my fav steeping way:
I put about 8g in a 100ml gaiwan. I put boiling hot water in a pitcher and from there into the gaiwan.
All infusions I do for 30 seconds.
After the first steeping, the unfolded leaves take up already so much space that less water can fit in the gaiwan, so the steep has a very nice thick
texture.

Sweet Sensation
Great Tea. When brewed sweet green smell. sweet taste initially on the tongue followed by mild fruit after taste finishing with the slight smokies flavour of what you expect an Oolong to be.
