Return Policy
As tea is treated as a food item by both the USFDA and CFIA, returns are not accepted (food safety risk).
If upon receiving your package you find that it is damaged or that there is an error in your order, kindly email us at cs@orientalteabox.com within 7 days of delivery so we can quickly identify the transaction. Please attach a photograph of the damaged, incorrect, or missing item with your order number.
If you are dissatisfied with your product, please email cs@orientalteabox.com and we will follow up on your case.
