Shingu Sayaka (新宮さやか)
Shingu Sayaka, born in Osaka in 1979, is a Japanese ceramic artist who graduated from the ceramics program at Osaka University of Arts in 2001. She completed further training at the Shiga Prefectural Ceramic Cultural Park in 2003. Since the mid 2000s, she has exhibited widely in Japan and internationally, participating in major exhibitions and art fairs in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Hong Kong, and Europe. Her work has been shown at institutions and galleries such as INAX, Bunkamura, and Gallery Suchi, alongside numerous solo exhibitions. Shingu is recognized for her active presence in contemporary ceramic art.
