About the work

A refined celadon sake cup by Wakao Kei, featuring a softly lobed rim and elegant, shallow form. The glaze displays a gentle gray-green tone with fine crackle patterns, creating depth and subtle variation across the surface.

The smooth, flowing contours and understated foot give the piece a balanced, modern sensibility while retaining traditional celadon aesthetics. The interior glaze pools slightly, enhancing its translucency and quiet luster.

Complete with original signed wooden box and cloth. In excellent condition.
