1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine (Chinese cooking wine)
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
120 ml of chicken broth
1 tablespoon of cornstarch, mixed with 30 ml of water
1 chopped green onion (for garnish)
