How To Make Oolong Panna Cotta Dessert

- 450ml heavy cream
- 120ml whole milk
- 60g sugar
- 2 tbsp 3:15PM Selected Oolong Loose Leaf Tea
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2.5 tsp gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp cold water
- Berries and mint leaves for garnish
1. Heat cream, milk, and sugar gently. Stir until sugar dissolves.
2. Add tea leaves, simmer for 5 mins, then steep for 5 more mins. Strain.
3. Bloom gelatin in cold water for 5 mins.
4. Reheat cream mixture, add gelatin, stir until dissolved.
5. Add vanilla extract.
6. Pour into serving cups/molds.
7. Cool, cover, and refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
8. Garnish with berries and mint leaves.
