Rose Tea Gin Collins

Using our Oolong Rose Tea, this delicious cocktail is perfect for a sunny day. Here's how you can make it:
Make a Rose Tea Sugar Syrup
1-2 teabags
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Boil the water, add sugar and stir till dissolved.
Add teabag to the syrup and leave to steep until cold.
Recipe
50ml London dry gin
25ml Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
12ml Rose Tea Sugar Syrup
Shake with ice and pour into a Collins (tall) glass with ice
Top with Soda Water
Garnish with rose petals or a slice of lemon
