Si Ji Chun Tea (四季春) has been aptly named for its ability to retain its great flavour throughout all 4 seasons. It has an intense fruity flavour and should not be infused for too long. They are grown at a altitude of around 800 meters and after harvested they are left to dry out in the dun for several hours. Afterwards they are moved to unique boilers they are fermented before roasting.
