Description

Si Ji Chun Tea  (四季春) has been aptly named for its ability to retain its great flavour throughout all 4 seasons. It has an intense fruity flavour and should not be infused for too long. They are grown at a altitude of around 800 meters and after harvested they are left to dry out in the dun for several hours. Afterwards they are moved to unique boilers they are fermented before roasting.

Taste: Tastes soft and gentle with refreshing aroma of flowers.

Good tea and good price

The tea tastes good but needs a bit more for each cup. However, it is a good value for the price.

Strong and flavorful

Intensely fragrant this tea has plenty of botanical aromas of lavender, rose and cosmetic herbs, with a refreshing citric note and a background of vanilla and sweet spices. Strong attack, medium body, complex, and very long: you do not expect it from the pale lemon green color. If you are looking for a big nose, this is a very good choice.
