    Good Before you go to bed

    I've been using this tea for about a week now, but not yet every day. I love the taste, it has this sweet after taste for me. I'm hoping that it may help with going in the morning more regularly, even though this is not their tea for that, since it's a gentle detox version. But it definitely makes me feel better after eating in the evening before I sleep. I feel like helps me digest my food better.

    So far I use 2 tsp in a tea bag and steep it for about 10mins to bring out the flavor more.
