The black tea （高山小葉種紅茶） is made of the one and only kind of Taiwanese Qingxin Oolong which has orange scent and silky taste and is Jing Sheng Yu's top product.

From before world war 2, this tea was the main export of Taiwan, but shortly after the war, the competitiveness of it dropped due to labour cost increases. As a result, the government stepped in to support the tea market to improve its quality and increase its competitiveness once again.
